The relationship between cells and virus is appealing to us regarding specific moments:
1. Colonization: influence of cell geometry and distance between virus units.
2. Contamination: parasitic behaviour which results in death of the contaminated cells. Possible "stable state" where cell is preserved by virus to guarantee their own survival.
3. Cell mutation: cell is infected and can itself contaminate other "healthy" cells.
